The recorded course is approximately 6.5 hours long plus the optional 1 hour Q&A. You can go through the course at your own pace during the course open dates. There is the option to cover the material as quickly or slowly as you require, rewind and review.

Yes! The Q&A will be recorded and uploaded to the platform within 24 hours of the Q&A. You will have until the course close date to watch back the Q&A. You do not need to register for the Q&A event to watch the recording.

In Australia, Speech Pathologists calculate their professional development hours without the need for registered continuing education credits. A certificate of completion will be provided for 6.5 hours of learning if you meet the completion requirements.

Babble & Munch Learning is an approved ASHA CE Provider. The course is offered for 0.65 ASHA CEUs to those ASHA members who:

• have opted in to receive ASHA CEUs at the time of registration, and;
• complete all the course completion requirements (see below).

No partial credits for ASHA CEUs or course certificates are available.

Participants who complete all the course requirements will receive a course completion certificate for 6.5 hours of learning. The optional Q&A live session and recording, and any additional resources or video links shared in the course, are not counted towards the completion requirements, the course certificate, or ASHA CEUs (if applicable).

To get a course completion certificate and/or be eligible for ASHA CEUs (if applicable), learners must meet the full course completion requirements, including:

• Watching all four module videos to 100% completion.
• Completing the four quizzes (one quiz at the end of each module) to 80% accuracy.
• Completing the course feedback form at the end.
• Completing all of the course requirements before the course system closes on the end date of the course.

If you do not complete each requirement by the course closing date, you will not be able to receive a completion certificate. You need to check carefully that each section is completed, or we will not be able to issue you a completion certificate.

Current health professional students or teams of 3+ staff from the same workplace are welcome to apply for the early-bird rate through the whole registration period. Please email [email protected] for details. We are not able to arrange or adjust registrations for discounts after your registration has been processed.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide or allow you to take copies of the course videos or course manual (beyond the course manual copy posted to you) or extended access to the videos. Online access to the course content is provided for a limited time only.

You may watch with a colleague, however you must both be registered for the course. You can not watch with someone who has not registered for the course and has not signed the Course Access Agreement. If you watch with someone else registered in the course, you will need to make sure you each mark the course as complete in each section (through your own login) if you wish to receive a course completion certificate.

After registering for the course, participants must sign a Course Access Agreement to be given access to the course (including postage of a course manual). The full terms of accessing this course are included in the Agreement. If a participant does not sign the Course Access Agreement before the course starts they will not be able to access the course. 

Participant Cancellation:

Cancellations must be notified in writing and will incur the following cancellation fees to cover our credit card processing fees and administrative costs:

- Cancellations made immediately after purchase, before signing the Course Access Agreement, will be provided a full refund. 

- Cancellations made after signing the Course Access Agreement but before the course manual is ordered and posted out and/or before course access is provided will incur a 15% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded to the participant's original payment method. 

- No refunds are available for cancellations made after the participant's manual has been ordered or the participant has been provided access to the course. 

- No refunds or extensions are available for participants who don't start or don't complete the course in the allotted time provided. It is the participant's responsibility to complete the course in the time provided. 

Babble & Munch Learning Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Babble & Munch Learning, the participant will be offered a choice of a full refund for the course registration fees (at the current exchange rate for international payments), or transfer to another current or future course offering of the same value.

We are not responsible for the loss of any registration fees or bank fees due to differing exchange rates when a refund is processed.
